Due to our own production capabilities and the optimized stockpile , we are able to deliver the qualities required by the clients.
TGC relies on the most technologically advanced processing methods at our logistics centers, , that together with our broad market knowledge and years of work experience, allows us to offer a wide range of products adapted to each one of our clients.

Value Added Processes

TGC produces and commercializes high-quality products, adapted to the Client’s needs via the processing of said products:

Storage
Once processed, the material should be handled in such a way as to avoid degradation of the product. Using proper techniques and skilled operators, the products are carefully stacked, in order to avoid damaging the size of the material.
Screening/Sizing
The raw material, whether it is washed or unwashed, can be crushed and screened to standard sizes.
Coal, petcoke, metcoke and anthracite can all be screened and sized according to customer specifications.
Washing
Our Coal can be put through one of the washing plants, which reduces the ash content of the coal, reduces emissions and increases the calorific value of the coal, resulting in a suitably-sized, superior coal for a cleaner burning process with enhanced calorific value and cleaner emissions.
Drying
TGC has installed a new top-notch drying plant for the application of foam and the recharging of EAF, to be used as the final step of production before selling or packaging our products.
Blending
TGC has the capability of creating unique products by blending different products (up to 4), in one single process, in order to meet the clients’ specifications.
Analysis
The products are routinely tested by our own laboratory, as well as by independent third-party laboratories, in order to obtain a certification that guarantees that the products meet the proper standards. Specific analysis parameters can be tested on request.
