Whiteness and plasticity make “White clays” extremely suitable for the industrial ceramics, kaolin in the paper and ceramic industries, halloysites in artistic ceramics (porcelains), refractory clays in chamottes for natural stoneware floors, bentonites in the stoneware industry.
TGC is investing in the development of our own “white clay / kaolin” mining concessions (MINA SOFIA), as well as in other kind of clays. We trade for the Spanish market, where our main consumers belong to sub-sectors like the sanitary porcelain, crockery, enamels and slips, white pastes for floors and walls and chamottes for natural stoneware
